We are a world-wide distributor for Warp Drive carbon fiber propellers and offer factory-direct pricing to our customers. These props are made of a solid carbon fiber matrix (no foam core), have ground adjustable pitch and can be configured with 2 to 12 blades. They may be used on most home-built, experimental and ultralight aircraft, including airboats and hovercraft. These props are compatible with most engines. Warp Drive manufactures propellers for applications where engine horsepower far exceeds 115 hp unlike some sport propeller manufacturers. | NOTE: Warp Drive Props are priced by number of blades, not by diameter. Prices include Prop Hub, Blades, Clamping Hardware, Standard Leading Edge Protection (Stoneguard polyurethane tape), Warp Drive Protractor, Instruction Sheets and the Warp Drive Lifetime Guarantee of Satisfaction. Order props in even numbered diameters, such as 72", 70", 68", etc. NOTE: Rotax 912 and 914 engines require the HP-L Hub to accommodate the larger bolt pattern. The standard hub cannot be used for these engines. All direct-drive aircraft-brand engines require the use of the HP hub and HP blades. |

| * High Aspect Ratio Blade Platform: (Optional) Warp Drive can custom shape the propeller blade tips to allow a higher pitch setting for optimum cruise speeds. This option is often beneficial to aircraft capable of achieving high cruise speeds. We will determine what we believe to be the best blade platform for the given aircraft, engine horsepower, reduction ratio, prop diameter and airspeed. NOTE: As a rule-of-thumb for airboats and hovercraft to determine how many propeller blades you will need for a given engine, allow one blade for every 50 hp of engine output based on at least a 72" diameter prop. Then, if you wish, add one additional blade so you can use a lower pitch setting for more static thrust. |

Propeller Torque Values
Propeller Bolt Torque Values--All Standard, HP and HPL hubs that use 1/4" bolts to clamp the blades in the hub should be tightened to 120 inch pounds. All Rotax bolt patterns that use 8 mm bolts to mount the prop to the gear box flange should be tightened to 175 inch pounds. All Standard, HP and HPL hubs that use 3/8" bolts to clamp the blades or mount the prop should be tightened to 35 foot pounds. Warp Drive propeller installations on direct-drive aircraft engines and other engines used on airboats must tighten the 5/16" clamping bolts to 200 inch pounds and tighten the 1/2" flange mounting bolts to 60 foot pounds. Adherence to these torque values is imperative for reasons of safety. |

ALL CARBON FIBER CONSTRUCTION: All Warp Drive Propellers are built using an ALL Carbon Fiber matrix: there are no foams, no fiberglass and no gelcoat used in our blades. The structural and practical advantages of a Carbon propeller over a fiberglass, wood or metal prop are many, including superior strength, light weight, superior durability and a significantly longer useful life. The construction of Warp Drive's blades allows for simple repair of nicks and gouges that sometimes happen. If you were to damage one blade beyond repair (example: ground strike), the blades are individually replaceable. Warp Drive carries a variety of different propeller hubs to fit almost any bolt pattern. Standard patterns include Rotax, Hirth, Arrow, Subaru, Jabiru, VW, Revmaster, Continental (SAE I), Lycoming (SAE II), etc. Warp Drive also has a variety of different spinners that mount onto these hubs. Warp Drive has various sizes of polished aluminum cap spinners and full fiberglass spinners which totally enclose the hubs.
